Volcano is a delight. Fast service! Great food! I was served in about 15 minutes after arriving. The plat was easily to best presentation I’ve seen in a long time. I even tried a new sashimi, madai. The price was very good, look at those sashimi !

I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but this experience deserves one. I celebrated my birthday today at Volcano, and everything was wonderful the food was great, and the service made it even more special. A special shoutout to our server, Leo, for providing excellent service throughout our visit. He has such a positive and welcoming energy that made us feel comfortable right away. What stood out even more was how my little one, who is usually shy around strangers, surprisingly approached him which says a lot about how warm and friendly he is. To Leo and the entire Volcano staff, thank you for making my birthday celebration memorable. Keep up the great work excellent service like this truly means a lot to customers. Highly recommended!

Ricky is very personable when he is not running around managing the restaurants needs, of course ;)! You can see how greets and talks with others personably that have know him for a while. The food is always fresh and up to my hopes and expectations. I have never been sick(lol) after eating here for 8+ years. The price matches the quality and craftsmanship of the sushi. I usually stick to just ordering sushi, appetizers, and dessert. I’ll be back! See you soon Ricky, and team!

Great food and the service was phenomenal! We had a wonderful server, Rose, who was kind and answered all our questions. Tried the volcano roll, pad Thai, and Singapore Mei Fun (a great curry rice noodle dish). Only photo I got was the Volcano sushi roll because we were too busy eating to get others! We will absolutely return!

This is our second sushi place tried in town! This place was incredible. My husband and I were super hungry after driving for a few hours to get to midland and this place was right next to our hotel. The service was quick and we were easily seated. The food? Amazing. Fresh and delicious.
